Obeying Gods command

S: “But the king interrupted him and said, “Since when have I made you the king’s counselor? Be quiet now before I have you killed!” So the prophet stopped with this warning: “I know that God has determined to destroy you because you have done this and have refused to accept my counsel.” After consulting with his advisers, King Amaziah of Judah sent this challenge to Israel’s king Jehoash, the son of Jehoahaz and grandson of Jehu: “Come and meet me in battle!””
2 Chronicles 25:16-17 NLT

O: The King didn't like what the prophet said so he threatened him and refused his word. Instead he consulted his advisers and sis what he wanted.

A: Over our my days where I ignore Gods command  and settle for the advise of men instead. For the advise of man lead to destruction but obeying Gods command leads to victory.

P: Oh father of excellence. See me beyond my imperfection. I spent most of my time with you dosing off. Not becuase I am bored in your presence, I have yet to have adequate sleep. Have grace for your servant oh God. Your name is higher than any other and worthy to be praised! I am confirming what I have felt in your spirit yesterday. I am ready to follow and obey your command in order to fulfill my mission. I don't want someone better than me to take over. I have the skill to do your will. Give me today, the grind, the execution to match my skill. Forgive me for not being more intentional with my time. Deliver me from confusion and the feeling of being overwhelmed. I need holes in my logs. Continue to bless me during this time of fasting. I look forward to spending more time with you and realigning my heart to yours. In Jesus name, amen.
