Promptly

S: ““When you make a vow to the LORD your God, be prompt in fulfilling whatever you promised him. For the LORD your God demands that you promptly fulfill all your vows, or you will be guilty of sin.

But once you have voluntarily made a vow, be careful to fulfill your promise to the LORD your God.” Deuteronomy 23:21, 23 NLT

O: I first knew I had an anointing when I was in high school when I want to my first youth camp. That year Pastor David Herrera was the guest speaker and he had the high schoolers go up to the altar and get prayed up than had the middle school come up behind us. At his direction the high schoolers turned around and started praying for the middle schoolers. I don't remember my prayers, but I know whoever I touched got touched. A youth pastor later in comes to me and says, I see that you are anointed. Will you come and pray for this young lady. From than till now I forgot about that anointing. I hid it underneath fear, doubt, low awl esteem, food, insecurities, and a false identity. BUT GOD, did not forget. As I prepared for this weekend and had my breakthrough before the retreat God reminded me of that anointing.

A: I've been saved sine I was 13, made a vow to God when I was 14. The vow was still there at 19 and revealed again as a reminder now at 28.  This is my year of preparation. At 29 I'm going to experience God like I have never experienced God before!!!! I wasn't promt in fulfilling my vow to God. I forgot the things I have promised. BUT GOD is a God of second chances and reminds me of who I am in him. The anointing I have through him it's my season! It's my time! The Lord my God has demanded that I now, promptly fulfill all my vows or be held guilty of sin. I was my decision to make a vow to God, it therefore is my responsibility to see it through. Be careful mom, you'll be fine. Father I want to hold you as I fulfill my promise to you!

What are have you vowed to God for? It's time to promptly fulfill your promise!

P: My God!!!! What opportunities you have laid before me! What a privilege it is that you remind me of my vow to you, my anointing and my promises. You alone are The Lord my God!!!! Lord I yearn for you!!!!
