The Ordinary

S: “Yes, he humbled you by letting you go hungry and then feeding you with manna, a food previously unknown to you and your ancestors. He did it to teach you that people do not live by bread alone; rather, we live by every word that comes from the mouth of the LORD.” Deuteronomy 8:3 NLT

“When you have eaten your fill, be sure to praise the LORD your God for the good land he has given you. “But that is the time to be careful! Beware that in your plenty you do not forget the LORD your God and disobey his commands, regulations, and decrees that I am giving you today. For when you have become full and prosperous and have built fine homes to live in, and when your flocks and herds have become very large and your silver and gold have multiplied along with everything else, be careful! Do not become proud at that time and forget the LORD your God, who rescued you from slavery in the land of Egypt. Do not forget that he led you through the great and terrifying wilderness with its poisonous snakes and scorpions, where it was so hot and dry. He gave you water from the rock! He fed you with manna in the wilderness, a food unknown to your ancestors. He did this to humble you and test you for your own good. He did all this so you would never say to yourself, ‘I have achieved this wealth with my own strength and energy.’ Remember the LORD your God. He is the one who gives you power to be successful, in order to fulfill the covenant he confirmed to your ancestors with an oath.” Deuteronomy 8:10-18 NLT

O: The wise man found Jesus among the ordinary. God came to the Israelites through the ordinary. He humbled them through the struggle and gave them what they needed in a way it was only him. No one before them had ever eaten manna. It was created just for the Israelites, Gods chosen people.  Are we not Christ's chosen? Are we not a royal priesthood? A chosen generation! Not by man standards but according to the word of God!!!! It was through the ordinary God taught the Isralites and it is through the ordinary he still teaches us today as long as we live by every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord!!!!
As we live by every word of God and we walk in the gifting of God he gave to us we will be full of greatness!!!! It is through the ordinary we become great and in our greatness we must never forget to praise God!!!! Praise him for all he has done, all he has given, all he will continue to do until the day we meet him. Never stop seeking God until you meet him!!! For in the time we experience exponential greatness is when we need to be especially careful we don't forget who God is and the amazing things he has done to get us to our exponential greatness! This is not the time to disobey his commands, but the time to keep seeking him face to face and praising him for all he has done! When we are our true selves, using the ordinary, the struggle to refine us we must not be become proud and forget where we came from. It was through Gods grace and mercy that we have truly became the "you God knew"!

A: God has humbled me and tested my character proving I can endure! God did it in a way that it was him! He is the leader over me and I adjust to the opportunities he bestows on me. I will not be able to achieve the wealth through my inspirational message without my relationship with God. It is with his strength and energy that I am who I am!!!!

P: Lord I remember you forever. You are God! You give power through the ordinary, through the struggle. You have used my past and the journey of my life to create who I am. You are the source of my power to be successful as a speaker in order to fulfill the covenant you confirmed to those who came before me.  The same energy it took to be the perverted me, like the scareers in Monsters Inc. When they activated the peverted them they only can fill the energy tanks so far. But when they activated the true them the humorous them, they started doing and being there true selves by embracing who they are they provided even more energy to fill the tanks! When I move beyond the ordinary I become extraordinary in your eyes oh God!!!! In Jesus name, amen!!!!
