O: In Jeremiah 1:9 it says and the Lord said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth. Since the words of my mouth are given by God may they also be controlled by God. Allowing God to guard our lips is what changes everyday speakers, good speakers from the great speakers. If my words drift into evil what does it say about my heart? If I agree to continue in negative conversation my words are used as acts of wickedness. Delicacies are the gourmet words. The words that make your message sound pretty instead of being authentic and expressive. Don't share in those who are too polished or who take away the essence of your story. Don't allow yourself to be diluted.
A: It's easy to have negative self-talk. When I speak negative about myself it swings open the gates for others to do the same. It was God himself that said it is my words I put into your mouth. If you talk bad about yourself you misrepresent me. If your words are not controlled and your lips are left unguarded I miss use my words and miss use my gift. The prophets has one goal, to speak the words God has given them. When I leave my words out to dry people will take them and misrepresent and misinterpret. God is not a God that to be misrepresented nor misinterpret.
P: My words are not my own. You have given them to me. Help me control them and use them for positivity. Your spirit lives in me and my spiritual give is to encourage may my words speak to build up and encourage from myself first than unto others. Guess my lips from evil. May I no longer change my story to be any less or be more than what you have already given. May my business be according to the way you want it. In Jesus name, amen.
